Start with how you'll use it, not how many people you know
The most common sizing mistake is buying for the dinner party you host twice a year instead of the Tuesday night that happens fifty times a year. If the honest answer is "mostly just me," a one-person cabin will get used more, heat faster, and cost less to run than a six-seater that sits cold.
Solo, or mostly solo
